No long-term contractual commitment, simply pay for the hours you use. For onsite dispatch, we do not charge for travel, time usage starts when we arrives and ends when the problem is solved.

  • Telecommute / Offsite (billed in 30-minute increments)
  • Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm: $100 per hour
  • Evenings and Weekends: $100 per hour
  • Onsite Dispatch (billed in 1 hour increments)
  • Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm: $100 per hour
  • Evenings and Weekends: $100 per hour

Flat Rate Unlimited Pricing Model

Our flat rate unlimited support model is very simple. You commit to a monthly service contract that is priced based on the total number of PC, Server, and Network devices in your environment. In return, your get unlimited IT support (both onsite and remote) for all covered devices. No gimmicks, no exclusions.
